Generasi Mandiri is the one and only English Learning Center which requires all of our students to master English Skills such as : Speaking, Writing, Listening and Reading and to obtain ETS ( Educational Testing Service ) TOEFL & TOEIC scores and certifications based on International admittance in CEFR levels (Common European Framework of Reference, an international standard for describing language ability). And we also prepare our students for IELTS and other National and International Exams. We teach our students how to learn English Through Knowledge which means all students will be given more challenging subjects which are taught, discussed, and analyzed in English from history to biology, from economics to physics. This kind of learning system produces the learning atmosphere more fun and beneficial for our students to possess life skills: hard skills and soft skills. We are producing our students based on what everyone—every company—wants to have and to hire since  having a college degree no longer guarantees you a great job. With so many people earning degrees, it’s not the differentiator it used to be. The solution isn’t advanced degrees either. In fact, most employers say more education isn’t better at all, many people with master’s and MBA’s to have higher expectations of that they think they are worth, but don’t have the skills to match (Source: http://inc-asean.com by J.T. Odonnell). While at GM we educate and prepare our students to be the problem solvers by having critical, analytical thinking as well as imaginative and creative thinking. We reward our students’ achievements in Cash Money in order to boost their focuses on achieving their own success besides mastering English. As the results many of our alumni and alumnae have their prestigious positions in distinguished companies and in government institutions.
